Company Launches Property Listing and Tenant Pre-Approval Capabilities, Credit Card Processing

DENVER, CO – 15 July 2009 – Denver Rent a Home, a company serving homeowners and renters in Denver’s front range introduces new services on their website, www.denverrentahome.com. Homeowners having properties to rent can now register to post detailed descriptions of their properties, with pictures, free of charge for a two-week period with a low monthly fee thereafter. Additionally, prospective tenants can get pre-approved to qualify for a rental property online. The company accepts all major credit cards for processing.
The improvements to the website signify the company’s commitment to excellent customer service and will boost the inventory of quality rental properties available online.
“We want to be the one-stop-shop for homeowners and renters in the Denver market,” says Owner and Co-Founder, Joyce Kelly. “We will still provide the same personal customer service, but the new website features will allow people to try us out and easily browse through more properties, so they can see what we have to offer.”

The owners started Denver Rent a Home in March, 2009 after noticing a large disparity in efficiency, professionalism and availability of information for mid-market to high-end rentals, as well as a growing interest in renting vs. buying due to the current economic and housing climate. The company and also provides home staging and property management services.
