Joyce Kelly, Owner & Co-Founder

As founder and co-owner of Denver Rent a Home, Ms. Kelly has the expertise needed to guide market penetration. Since 2003, Ms. Kelly has also served as President of HIRE Performance, a Denver based executive recruiting company which assists national clients with executive relocation services. This experience coupled with her consultative experience in interior design lays the foundation for Company success and best placement in the market.

Prior to forming her recruiting/relocation company, Ms. Kelly gained executive leadership and corporate experience in national recruiting and solution selling for companies such as Robert Half International, Interlink Group and Cap Gemini/Sogeti.

Her responsibilities include establishing and maintaining client relationships, directing/training of property specialists while consulting with tenants and property owners.

Throughout her experience, Ms. Kelly maintains and instills a diligent work ethic when matching prospective tenants with upscale properties. She believes that we must achieve the confidence and trust of both tenants and property owners to maintain high standards of excellence throughout the company.

  Shelly Richardson, Property Specialist

Shelly has always enjoyed meeting new people so she was naturally drawn to real estate. She has an excellent reputation and high credibility, drawing high praise from her clients for bringing all parties together to accomplish positive end results.

She lives in Castle Pines North with her husband and three daughters. This keeps her busy with sports and volunteering with school activities. In the winter, you can find her with friends and family in the high country skiing. In the summer, she likes to spend time with her family and friends on a lake in Nebraska.

 Krystal Blacke, Property Specialist

Krystal is a sixth generation Colorado resident and graduated from Metropolitan State College of Denver with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism, Public Relations, and Marketing. Her past experience as an outside Sales and Marketing Representative for a Denver wire and cable distributor, a Public Relations Coordinator for a Metro area Communications firm, as well as running her own personal growth and self-esteem consulting firm coupled with her strong roots in Colorado give her a unique ability to match the perfect property with her clients.

As Miss Colorado Teen USA 2001, First-Runner Up Miss Colorado 2007 and 2008 and First-Runner Up Miss Colorado USA 2009, Krystal has had the privilege of working with and speaking for various non-profit organizations including Miss Colorado Scholarship Organization, Fired Up for Kids, the Colorado Firefighter Calendar, Children's Hospital, SAFE Kids Colorado, and the Red Ribbon Campaign.

Married to a Firefighter with the Englewood Fire Department, Krystal lives with her husband, Reggie, in Parker, Colorado.
