As founder and owner of LuxHomesDenver.com, Joyce has witnessed exceptional growth within her organization with a focus on the rental/leasing luxury market since 2008. As a result of her recent affiliation with RE/MAX Professionals in January 2011, the Luxury Leasing Team, overseeing LuxHomesDenver.com’s daily activities has had the opportunity to expand their reach and service line.
Joyce has the expertise needed to guide market penetration. Joyce's experience as President of an executive recruiting company which assists clients with executive relocation services, coupled with her experience in interior design, gives her a unique approach when assisting clientele with the marketing and staging of their luxury properties.

Mike Lapides | Financial Services
Mike Lapides' 25 year commitment to the real estate industry and
vast knowledge in mortgage banking gives him credibility and unparalleled
expertise as Vice President, Financial Services at LuxHomesDenver.com. His experience covers all aspects of the real estate business from mortgage
banking, home building, fix and flips, real estate development and property
management. Mike began his career in mortgage servicing in 1984. As President and CEO of Note Servicing Corporation (NSC), he managed mortgage portfolios for banks,
insurance copanies, pension funds and private investment groups. At the same time Mike began building his portfolio of real estate,
primarily foreclosed on single family homes, known today as "fix and flips".
Mike is an active member at Perry Park Golf Club and Bear Dance County Club in Larkspur.

Mary Bondoux | Broker Assistant
Mary and her husband Jason, relocated to Denver from San Francisco in 2010. Having grown up in Greenwood Village, the decision to move back to Denver was an easy one. Mary graduated from the University of North Texas with honors and spent the next 10 years in the corporate world where she gained a wealth of diverse experiences including working in Human Resources where she worked hand-in-hand with some of the industries biggest relocation companies. She also has experience in the real estate rental market, as the manager of her own rental properties in Tahoe and San Francisco.
